Universities of the world are tackling issues in both global and local matters. This is particularly true for the fields of agriculture and the education. A new project proposed by Kyushu University (QU) is challenging to quality education of agriculture in global and local views. The project aims at developing an international educational system for the Master's course (MSc) and establishing "International Platform for Asian Agricultural Education". The platform comprises six universities including three Japanese (QU; TUAT-Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology; KBU-Kobe University), two Thai universities (KU-Kasetsart University; CMU-Chiang Mai University) and one German university (UHOH - University of Hohenheim)

|Vision & Mission
The platform proposed here is a joint curriculum of six universities based on multilateral educational collaboration. The purpose of the platform is to promote an international standard of higher agricultural education. It functions as a resource center of teachers, offering an international curriculum and developing teaching materials.
